Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and present proposals, sales pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline in
CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot)

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong skills in
lead generation, negotiation, proposal writing, and closing deals
.
Proficiency in
CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot)
and MS Office.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
