Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify leads via online research, agencies, social media, networking, cold calls, etc., within logistics, ports, and supply chain sectors.
Lead Qualification: Research prospect needs, pain points, and buying behavior to qualify them as potential customers.
Outreach: Connect with decision-makers (port managers, logistics heads, procurement teams) via calls, emails, LinkedIn with customized messaging.
Relationship Building: Regular follow-ups, meetings, and providing insights to educate prospects about the company's solutions.
Site Surveys: Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer infrastructure and tailor proposals accordingly.
Collaboration: Coordinate with sales & marketing teams; share feedback to improve lead generation strategies.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead records, status tracking, and coordinate with sales leads for qualified handovers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to refine targeting and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:Btech in CS or ECE and MBA in Marketing
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (verbal & written).
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (preferred).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.
