We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role focuses on sales, marketing, and student enrollment, with opportunities for growth, additional incentives, and career development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to organize seminars, workshops, and internships.
Conduct targeted sales and marketing activities to promote programs and increase student enrollment.
Design and implement effective outreach campaigns through various channels to meet enrollment targets.
Coordinate and assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
Plan and execute promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor student progress and provide necessary guidance to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, enrollment status, and other relevant data.
Analyze market trends and feedback to refine marketing strategies and achieve goals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives.
Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience or interest in marketing, sales, and student engagement.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver measurable results.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or academic program promotion.
Familiarity with event coordination and student engagement activities.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
