The

Business Development Executive

is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic field sales initiatives. This role involves direct client interaction, both in-office and on-field, and requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct field visits to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, warm calling, emailing, and networking. Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospective clients. Understand client requirements and effectively present relevant services/products. Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; explore opportunities for upselling. Update CRM/database with accurate information on leads, clients, and meeting outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to prepare custom proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets. Submit daily and weekly field activity reports to the management.
Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Confident in handling on-field client interactions Male candidate can apply
