Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute territory or segment-specific sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to launch new products and promotions.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback.
Identify emerging opportunities in consumer electronics, IoT, or industrial electronics.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Provide regular sales reports and forecasting data to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C electronic sales or business development.
Strong understanding of electronics (e.g., components, devices, automation, or consumer gadgets).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of sales tools and CRM platforms.
Ability to travel as required for client visits and trade shows.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling electronic solutions (e.g., smart devices, embedded systems, or industrial electronics).
Familiarity with emerging technologies like IoT, AI in electronics, or automation systems.
Experience working with distributors, OEMs, and resellers.
