Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines in the
real estate sector.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client queries with ease.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office software.
