Key Responsibilities:
? Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
? Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
? Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines in the
real estate sector.
? Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client queries with ease.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
? Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office software.
