Business Development Executive (BDE)
with a strong background in
EdTech sales
. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead conversion, student counseling, and achieving sales targets in an education-focused environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Participate in sales reviews, strategy meetings, and performance tracking
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years of experience in EdTech / education sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in telecalling, counseling, and closing sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling high-volume leads
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
