(Female) to drive business growth through acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. This role is entirely office-based, focusing on telecalling, online meetings, and client engagement without any field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients across all our product offerings.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and online meetings to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collect and provide market feedback to the team for product improvements and strategy planning.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Basic tech knowledge and ability to understand software products.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client interactions effectively.
Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with targets and incentives.
