Your Role - What You'll Do

:

As a Research and Business Development Executive at TASA Consulting and IT Services PVT LTD, you will specialize in identifying and approaching companies actively hiring for IT roles, particularly in the U.S. market. Your role focuses on sourcing core jobs, qualifying clients based on hiring criteria, and initiating partnerships by offering target candidate support.

Key Responsibilities

? RBDE must actively research technology requirements through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals to gather and analyze job requirements. -

? RBDE must research emerging technology keywords and use them to collect job requirements, strictly following the criteria set by the company.

? RBDE must actively search various web sources to gather relevant contacts and their details.

? RBDE should be focused in researching accurate, quality leads and achieve the assigned daily targets consistently.

? RBDE need to enter and maintain the LEAD details in excel.

? RBDE will be responsible to connect with the clients and managing responses to their interest and prospects.

? RBDE will coordinate with the client till closure of a candidate and ensure ongoing relationship management with the client.

1. Must possess a technical degree in computer science (e.g., B. Tech, B.E., CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE.)

2. Arts Degree: (M.Sc. computer science, MCA, M.Sc. data science, M.Sc. Electrical engineering)

3. Strong Knowledge in finding Jobs from Job Portals like Indeed, Naukri and Monster

4. Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies in the IT industry

5. Excellent reading comprehension with the ability to interpret and clearly explain complex material.

6. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise content

7. Skilled in web research

- Proficiency in Boolean search using operators like

- Proficient in working with computers and related tools

8. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling data and performing simple functions in Excel

9. Familiarity with Chat GPT and various AI tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
