Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and establish connections with potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with principals, professors, and key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
2. Market Research & Strategic Execution:
Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry trends, competition, and business opportunities.
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
3. Seminar Planning & Execution:
Organize and deliver impactful seminars for students, parents, and educators at educational institutions (audience size: 50-100 attendees).
Coordinate with school and college administrations to schedule and execute seminar events.
4. Lead Conversion & Admissions Management:
Generate leads through seminars and institutional outreach while managing follow-ups to ensure successful admissions.
Handle inquiries related to educational programs and provide consultation to potential students and parents.
5. Travel & Field Operations:
Travel within the assigned territory to conduct meetings, presentations, and seminars with prospective clients.
Engage in face-to-face interactions to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or a related field.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in lead conversion and business development.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful presentations.
Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
