We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and business development
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary & Probation Details (Important)
Total salary:
?30,000 per month
Probation period: 3 months
During the probation period,
?15,000 per month will be held
The
held amount will be released in the 3rd month
, subject to successful completion of probation and performance review
