The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting hospital and solar services, and supporting overall growth. The role involves outreach, marketing, follow-ups, and coordination to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients, organizations, and communities for hospital services and solar solutions.
Conduct field visits, camps, corporate meetings, and community outreach activities.
Build databases of potential customers and regularly follow up.
2. Marketing & Branding
Promote hospital services such as health check-ups, specialty clinics, and corporate tie-ups.
Promote solar products including rooftop systems, industrial solutions, and residential solar.
Support in preparing brochures, presentations, WhatsApp creatives, and social media content.
Represent both organizations in events, exhibitions, and public programs.
3. Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups
Approach schools, colleges, companies, factories, and government offices for health camps or solar proposals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closures.
Maintain good relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
4. Sales & Target Achievement
Convert leads into successful business (hospital registrations, packages, solar installations).
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (Doctors, Admin, Accounts, Solar Engineering team) for smooth execution.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong rapport with patients, solar clients, and vendors.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote referral business.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily visit reports, call logs, and follow-up sheets.
Prepare weekly business development reports.
Update CRM/records regularly and accurately.
Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel for field work.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
Experience in hospital marketing or solar sales is an added advantage.
