Job Description



We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and an interest in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities



Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, programs, and offerings Convert leads into enrollments through calls, chats, and follow-ups Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for lead optimization Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM tools (preferred) Passion for education and student success Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
