As a

Business Development Executive

, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and helping drive revenue. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new corporate, travel trade, and B2B business opportunities Conduct client visits, calls, and presentations to promote our properties and services Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain and submit daily work reports and follow-ups Work with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities Represent the brand at networking events, travel fairs, and exhibitions

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in hotel, travel, or tourism sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to travel as required Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
