Guide clients through the immigration process
Ensure compliance with immigration rules and regulations
Responsibilities
Counsel clients via phone, email, and in person
Explain visa options, eligibility, and possible challenges
Achieve individual and team revenue targets
Collect and verify client documents
Follow up on client payments
Stay updated on immigration laws and policy changes
Handle client queries and provide process updates
Identify issues and suggest solutions during the process
Maintain accurate client records and trackers
Prepare reports on case status and compliance
Educate clients on immigration procedures and updates
Perform additional duties as required
Bachelor's degree
(any stream)
Minimum 0-2 years relevant experience or any other sales field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
