Business Development Executive
to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals customized to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and client servicing) to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM records regularly.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any degree.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
