Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales and client engagement. You'll help drive our B2B sales efforts by identifying leads, presenting our services/products, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking Pitch our services and solutions to potential B2B clients Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Assist in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 0 -3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)

Local candidates are Preferred (Salem)
