Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and nurturing leads.
Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Present company products/services and assist in proposal and pricing discussions.
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and closures.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role within the IT / Web Hosting / Cloud industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
Strong understanding of the IT sales cycle and ability to identify business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
