Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Go to the market, identify potential clients, and close leads to meet monthly targets.

Conduct client meetings (online/offline)

to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Perform cold calling and follow-ups

to build strong client relationships and convert leads. Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms. Understand client requirements thoroughly and collaborate with internal teams for custom solutions. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with prospects. Manage CRM, maintain proper lead data, and track sales performance. Achieve assigned targets for lead conversions, client meetings, and revenue generation. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0.6 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure. Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in healthcare, IT, education, or service-based industries preferred. Understanding of local market trends and client behavior in Jaipur.
