Business Development Executive (BDE) - Lead Generation & Sales (Calling)
Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, calling potential clients, and converting them into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, and other sources
Make outbound calls to potential clients for product/service introduction
Explain company services and understand client requirements
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Follow up on leads and maintain good client communication
Achieve monthly lead and sales targets
Maintain and update CRM records
Build strong relationships with prospects
Share daily/weekly reports with the management team
