Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Tele Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B Tele Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in lead generation, tele-calling, and converting prospects into long-term business clients. Candidates from the Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, or Personal Care industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B tele-sales to generate leads and convert them into active clients.
Manage daily tele-calling activities to reach potential business partners.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in B2B Tele Sales.
Strong background in lead generation and tele-calling.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Preference given to candidates with experience in similar industries.
