Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from students and parents.
Counsel students about courses, batches, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, calls, or referrals.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, seminars, and events.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Support marketing and BDM teams in outreach and student engagement activities.
Help in building brand awareness through school visits, partnerships, and campaigns.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
