Job Description

Strategic Sales Enablement & Outreach



Identify high-potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, industry research, and internal databases or various other tools.

Find and validate key decision-makers

-- procurement heads, event managers, business heads, etc.

Prepare detailed lead profiles including contact hierarchy, business background, and location.

Client Communication & Meeting Setup



Handle professional communication via

LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email

. Engage leads with a smart, natural tone -- from the first message to confirmed appointment.

Book physical meetings

for the founder with shortlisted decision-makers.

Coordinate meeting timings, location planning, calendar invites, and follow-ups.

Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting



Create and maintain structured sales databases in CRM. Track each lead's status, follow-up actions, and outcomes from meetings. Prepare

weekly and monthly reports

on pipeline movement, meeting conversions, lead quality, and other sales KPIs. Forecast possible closures and flag stuck leads early.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
