We're now looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our reach in IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT services (web development, eCommerce solutions, digital products).
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Execute
outreach sales strategies
(cold email, LinkedIn, calls) and handle inbound leads effectively.
Maintain and update
CRM records
, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, and conversions are tracked accurately.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare customized pitches and proposals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in IT sales / business development (web development preferred).
Proven success in
B2B sales
, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), outreach automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of the web development process and ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
