We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (software, web development, digital solutions, or IT services). Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
