We are a growing

advertising & marketing agency

helping brands with

social media marketing, paid ads, design, branding, content, and digital campaigns

. We are now looking for a

Client Relationship & Business Development Executive

to manage incoming leads, convert them into clients, and act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming & outgoing calls

with potential leads and existing clients. Qualify and

convert leads into clients

through clear communication and follow-ups. Maintain

client relationships

by handling queries politely and professionally. Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients during campaigns. Coordinate with

design, ads, and content teams

to ensure client requirements are delivered on time. Maintain lead tracking sheets/CRM and prepare

weekly conversion reports

. Assist in

preparing proposals & quotations

with the management team. Ensure smooth client onboarding and continuous satisfaction.
Skills Required

Excellent

communication skills

in English & Hindi. Good at

client handling & persuasion

(polite + confident). Basic knowledge of

advertising, social media, and marketing services

. Ability to

manage multiple clients & tasks

effectively. Organized, responsible, and

solution-oriented

. Familiar with MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Qualifications

Graduate (any stream; Marketing/Business/Mass Comm preferred). Prior experience in

telecalling, client servicing, or sales

is an advantage. Freshers with

strong communication skills

can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
