Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads from:
Freelancer and LinkedIn, similar platforms
IndiaMART inquiries and buyer interactions
Cold calling potential customers
Identify target customers, pitch services/products, and convert inquiries into leads
Maintain and update lead tracking tools or CRMs
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups
Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets
Prepare reports on lead performance and pipeline status
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in BDE
Strong knowledge of:
Freelancer, IndiaMART, LinkedIn
Cold calling and client communication
Good command of English and Hindi (or local language)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and a CRM tool
Client Communication & Deal Closing
Engage with clients via chat, email, and calls to understand their requirements.
Handle negotiations, contract agreements, and secure long-term projects.
