Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our Navratan Gems growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads and converting them into successful sales through multiple communication platforms including email, WhatsApp, and inbound calls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands customer needs, and is passionate about building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Understand customer needs and guide them through product details and offerings.
Build rapport with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to ensure maximum conversions.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth client experience.
Maintain daily updates on lead status and communications in the CRM system.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in sales or client handling (Jewelry/luxury industry is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Confidence to handle clients independently and across various platforms.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling, and WhatsApp business).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
