Role Overview
We are looking for a
smart, confident, and proactive Business Development / Sales Development Executive (SDR)
who will be responsible for
lead generation, first-level outreach, and sales coordination
.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves communicating
Is comfortable speaking in excellent English
Understands how LinkedIn works beyond scrolling!
Is not afraid of cold calls and follow-ups
Wants to build a strong career in B2B SaaS sales
Key Responsibilities
Research and
identify potential leads
(fashion designers brands)
Initiate conversations with prospects and
qualify leads
Make
cold calls
and follow up consistently
Schedule product demos
for the sales or leadership team
Coordinate with internal teams for
smooth client onboarding
Maintain and update lead data in
CRM
or tracking sheets
Build and manage
ongoing client relationships
Assist in closing deals by supporting senior sales members
Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the team
Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent
spoken and written English
(mandatory)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with
cold calling and follow-ups
Good understanding of
LinkedIn for lead generation & outreach
Smart, quick learner, and confident personality
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic understanding of sales funnels or willingness to learn
Interest in
SaaS, fashion, startups, or B2B sales
is a plus
Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with
1-2 years of experience
in BD, Sales, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar roles
Interested in
startups, SaaS, sales, or fashion
(big plus!)
