Lead Generation & Outreach
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and engage targeted prospects.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across industries.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns (InMail, connection requests, follow-ups).
Sales & Client Engagement
Communicate value propositions effectively to prospective clients.
Qualify leads, perform discovery calls, and schedule demos or meetings for senior sales.
Understand client needs and recommend relevant digital services (SEO, PPC, web/app dev, email marketing, social media ads, etc.).
Bidding Platforms & Proposals
Manage and respond to relevant bidding platforms and RFP/RFQs.
Prepare compelling proposals with service scope, pricing, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate bid submissions.
CRM & Reporting
Update and track leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM.
Provide regular reports to sales leadership on pipeline status, win rates, and activity.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Required Qualifications
? Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in LinkedIn Sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
? Experience with bidding platforms / proposal response processes
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proven ability to hit targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment
? Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
? Excellent English writing and presentation skills
? Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building attributes
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media ads, email marketing)
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience engaging with international clients
