Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through
Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Search, analyze, and identify relevant projects aligned with our services
Write
customized, compelling proposals
and bids
Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Follow up with prospects and negotiate project terms
Maintain lead records and reporting (daily/weekly)
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
Upwork bidding / freelance platforms
Strong understanding of
IT / digital services / agency business
(preferred)
Excellent written and verbal
English communication
Ability to identify genuine and relevant projects
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
