Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead generation and

conversion of potential clients

Call and follow up with

pre-generated leads

Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities Clearly explain our

software development & IT services

Schedule meetings/demos with interested prospects Maintain lead records and follow-ups Work closely with the founder/sales team to close deals
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners Basic understanding of

IT / software services

(training will be provided) Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
