o1-2 years experience in sales, business
development, or an EdTech environment is a plus (freshers also welcome, if you
have the right attitude).
oStrong communication skills -- verbal & written.
oGood persuasion & negotiation

oBasic proficiency with tools such as Excel / Google Sheets / CRM software.
oSelf-motivated, goal-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple
leads.
oAble to work under target/pressure and committed to results.
Key Responsibilities
:
oIdentify and reach out to potential clients, such as schools, coaching centers,
corporations, or individual learners.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and
networking.
oConduct product/course demos and presentations.
oHandle full sales cycle: follow-ups, negotiations, closing deals.
oMaintain and update lead data, track pipeline progress using CRM.
oCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations to refine sales strategies and
improve offerings.
oMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
oCollect feedback from clients/students to improve product/user experience.
Internship Details:
oProbation Period: 2 months
oMode: Remote (Work From Home)
oWorking Hours: 11 am-8 pm (flexible for urgent matters)
oProbation period stipend: 15,000 per month
