We're looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who has
hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management for HR or recruitment agencies. S
omeone who knows how to bring in mandates, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth.
This is a
full-time role
where you'll play a pivotal part in scaling our client base and shaping the growth story of Parikshak.ai.
What You'll Do
Drive
client acquisition
by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in the HR/recruitment space.
Build and manage
strong client relationships
from onboarding to long-term retention.
Work closely with founders to define and execute
growth strategies
for enterprise and mid-market clients.
Prepare and deliver
sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
tailored to client needs.
Maintain client data, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment mandates.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly
revenue and acquisition targets

What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience
in business development, client acquisition, or account management for
HR/recruitment agencies
.
Proven ability to
bring in new clients and mandates independently
.
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes, hiring cycles, and client-agency dynamics
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
comfortable pitching to founders, HR heads, and CXOs.
A proactive, target-driven, and relationship-focused mindset.
