Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and IT sales, staff augmentation.
-Build and maintain relationships , understanding their IT staffing and sales needs.
-Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT staffing and sales solutions.
-Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.Qualifications and Skills:Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
-Proven experience in IT staffing, IT sales, or business development.
-Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
