We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (1-3 years) who can generate sales through field visits, convert business owners into clients, and support revenue growth for our GeM Master Consultancy.
The role involves meeting clients, explaining services, handling objections, follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Visits
- Daily field visits in industrial areas/business zones
- Identify potential clients for GeM & tender services
- Educate business owners about benefits & opportunities
- Collect qualified leads with proper details
2. Sales Pitch & Presentation
- Present company services professionally
- Demonstrate value, ROI, and tender opportunities
- Handle objections confidently
- Assist in closing deals with the BDM
3. Follow-Up Management
- Daily dedicated follow-ups with leads
- Send WhatsApp pitch, reminders, offers
- Convert hot/warm leads into confirmed clients
- Update follow-up status in CRM/Google Sheet
4. Target Achievement
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Work with high energy and revenue-focused mindset
- Suggest market strategies to improve performance
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain visit log + lead sheet
- Share the daily sales report with BDM
- Coordinate with the backend team for onboarding new clients
- Communicate client issues immediately for resolution
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Field Marketing / B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills (Gujarati + Hindi basic)
- Confidence in meeting new clients daily
- Ability to explain services clearly
- Good negotiation & closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools
