Role Overview
We are looking for a
Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE)
who can generate new clients, drive vendor empanelments, build partnerships, and bring recruitment requirements for StaffRex.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify companies actively hiring across IT, Non-IT, BPO, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Job portals, IndiaMart, JustDial, Google, and databases to source decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a daily/weekly pipeline.
2. Client Outreach
Contact HR Heads, TA Managers, Directors, CEOs, and Founders via:
Cold calls
Cold emails
LinkedIn outreach
WhatsApp business communication
Explain StaffRex services clearly and professionally.
3. Vendor Empanelment & Closures
Share company profile, proposal deck, rate card with prospective clients.
Schedule intro calls between clients and the StaffRex team.
Follow up consistently until vendor empanelment is completed.
Collect JDs and hiring requirements from clients.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team on open positions.
Provide timely feedback, updates, and weekly progress reports.
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Number of qualified leads per week
Number of vendor empanelments per month
Number of JDs received
Activity tracker (Calls, Emails, Reach-outs)
Conversion ratio (Lead ? Agreement ? JD)
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Recruitment BD / Corporate Sales / Staffing Industry.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to generate leads independently from scratch.
Comfortable with cold calling and professional emailing.
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycles is a plus.
A laptop, phone, and internet connection are mandatory.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
