Job Description

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team! As a key member of our sales team, you'll identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with tech and IT companies.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech and IT services industry - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and B2B platforms - Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and engagement - Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients - Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings - Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: - 1-2 years of proven experience as a BDE or Sales Executive in a tech company or digital agency - Strong understanding of IT services, web/app development, or SaaS-based solutions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written) - Experience with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, or (link unavailable) - Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred We're an Equal Opportunity Employer!
