Job Overview

We are seeking a

Business Development Executive

who thrives in a field-based environment. In this role, you will be the face of Blue Beetle Services, visiting potential clients at

factories, warehouses, and corporate offices

to generate new business projects and secure contracts for our

Staffing & Workforce Solutions

.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits:

Conduct daily visits to potential client sites, including factories, warehouses, and company offices within the assigned territory (Kolkata/West Bengal region).

Contract Generation:

Identify business opportunities and secure new contracts specifically for

Manpower Staffing, Warehouse Operations (Pickers/Packers/Loaders), and General Workforce Supply.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers, HR heads, and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Target Achievement:

Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting:

Maintain a daily log of visits and provide regular status reports to the management team.

Education

A bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with

10+2 (Higher Secondary)

qualifications and strong relevant field sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Previous experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Logistics/Industrial Services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region. Self-motivated with a hunger to achieve targets. Valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
