Job Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead consultative selling of our specialized PCOS health and wellness program. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their concerns, guiding them through our offerings, and converting them into satisfied program participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and consultations to understand their PCOS-related health goals.

Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.

Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.

Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through effective consultative sales.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or program-based consultative sales.

Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
