Job Description

We're looking for an

experienced Business Development Executive (BDE)

who has worked with

tech or IT companies

and understands how to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals in the technology sector.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

IT sales, software solutions, digital marketing, or web development services.



Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

tech and IT services industry

. Generate leads through

LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and B2B platforms

. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and engagement. Create and deliver

sales presentations and proposals

to prospective clients. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings. Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements



1-3 years of proven experience

as a BDE or Sales Executive in a

tech company or digital agency

. Strong understanding of

IT services, web/app development, or SaaS-based solutions

. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

(verbal & written). Experience with lead generation platforms like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, or Apollo.io

. Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
