to handle the complete sales cycle -- from understanding client needs and product demonstration to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, a solid follow-up strategy, and the ability to quickly adapt to modern

AI-driven sales tools

Key Responsibilities:



Understand the company's products and services thoroughly to present them effectively to potential clients. Conduct engaging

product demonstrations

(online/offline) tailored to client needs. Identify customer requirements, clarify doubts, and offer suitable solutions.

Convert qualified leads into paying customers

through persuasive and consultative selling techniques. Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure conversions and repeat business. Use

AI tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms

to manage leads and track the sales pipeline efficiently. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to improve the sales process and customer experience. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience in

end-to-end sales

, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital service industries. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Ability to

understand and explain technical or digital products

to non-technical clients. Strong

follow-up and closing techniques

. Adaptability to

AI tools, CRM systems

, and digital sales platforms. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Additional Advantages:



Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive). Familiarity with social selling, Meta leads, or LinkedIn sales strategies. Prior experience in website, software, or digital marketing service sales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
