About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will focus on

prospecting, lead generation, and outbound outreach

to identify and qualify potential clients based on our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Your primary objective will be to establish a robust pipeline of qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for the Sales Manager through targeted LinkedIn outreach, community engagement, and research-based targeting.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, research, and qualify leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels. Discover new opportunities through business directories, communities, and niche platforms. Personalize communication to engage and nurture early-stage prospects. Maintain and update lead information within CRM tools (HubSpot). Collaborate with the Sales Manager to hand off qualified leads and schedule meetings. Track and report weekly/monthly metrics (leads generated, appointments booked, conversion rates). Continuously refine prospecting tactics based on feedback and campaign data.

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in

B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, or business development

. Strong working knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

, and outreach automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical mindset for identifying and profiling target accounts. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Experience in the

SaaS, Marketing, or IT services

domain is a plus.
