Role Overview
We're seeking a
results-driven BDE
to generate new business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, schedule meetings, create proposals, and drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Prepare and share tailored proposals and pitch decks.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, marketing) to ensure strong pitches and client onboarding.
Maintain CRM and meet monthly lead, meeting, and conversion targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years
of experience in B2B business development or sales (preferably in a
digital marketing agency or SaaS
).
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
