About the Role


As a

Sales Counselor

, you'll be the

first voice

of our brand for aspiring learners. You'll connect with prospects over calls, understand their needs, explain course offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process using a consultative approach.

Expect to make 80-100 calls daily

, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make high-volume outbound calls to potential learners. Counsel students on suitable language courses based on their goals. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions. Build lasting relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements



Experience:

5-10 years in sales (EdTech experience preferred) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication & persuasive selling skills. Fluent in English (spoken & written). Strong goal orientation and follow-up discipline.

Tools:

Must have a personal laptop & stable internet connection.

Schedule:

6 days a week (Sunday fixed off).
