We are seeking a Sales Executive focused on technical staff augmentation. This role involves working with hiring managers and internal teams to staff technical roles quickly and effectively, while also identifying new opportunities for staffing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Work with senior sales / account managers to understand client staffing requirements.
Identify and approach new companies/clients for staffing delivery opportunities.
Source and propose relevant technical profiles (developers, QA engineers, DevOps, etc.) from the talent pool.
Coordinate between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up with clients on shared profiles, interview scheduling, and feedback.
Maintain trackers for staffing requirements, submissions, and closures.
Support in drafting proposals, contracts, and client communications for staffing engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and long-term staffing needs.
Requirements
2-4 and more experience can apply.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple staffing requests and deadlines simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and grow in sales and staffing domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
