. We are looking for a
full-time Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team and drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities for
website development, SEO, and digital marketing services
.
Generate leads through
LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, social media, and direct outreach
.
Conduct client meetings (online), understand requirements, and present service offerings.
Negotiate pricing, create contracts, and close deals.
Maintain CRM or lead tracking system, ensuring follow-ups and reporting.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1-3 years of experience
in sales, lead generation, or business development (IT industry preferred).
Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
Strong understanding of
web development, WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing services
.
Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a big plus.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
