Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Business Development Executives to join our team and help students discover and enroll in our aviation programs. This is a work-from-home role ideal for aviation students or graduates who are passionate about aviation and want to gain experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Gloant's DGCA Exam Preparation & Aviation Certification Programs to potential students

Generate and convert leads through outreach, networking, and social media engagement

Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills

Students or graduates from Aviation-related programs (B.Sc Aviation, BBA Aviation, B.E Aeronautics, AME, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive

Basic understanding of aviation education is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based pay: Earn 10% of net revenue from each student enrollment

High earning potential: Average target of ?25,000+/month by enrolling 3-4 students
