Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities from Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs in the US market. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with clients. Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development activities. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a

Business Development Executive / Manager in US Staffing

. Strong understanding of US staffing processes (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099, H1B, OPT, etc.). Ability to generate business from

Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and sales platforms.

Preferred Qualifications



1-4 years of experience in US Staffing business development. Established client/vendor network in the US staffing industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
