Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
Pitch TheCophil's recruitment solutions to decision?makers (Founders, HR Heads, Hiring Managers)
Manage the
entire client acquisition cycle
-- from first contact to onboarding
Understand client pain points and propose tailored hiring solutions
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain and update sales pipeline, track metrics, and report progress
Must?Have Skills
Proven experience in business development / sales (preferably in recruitment or IT services)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong LinkedIn networking and lead?generation skills
Ability to understand and pitch process?driven solutions
Self?driven, target?oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Good to Have
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition trends
